Prescription & Food Ordering

You can place a repeat prescription or food order online through our website. We need a few details so that we can match your request to our client and patient records.

We ask that when you place a repeat prescription request then you give us 48 hours notice to enable us to order it in and for the veterinary surgeon to dispense it.

We have a daily delivery from our drug company (Monday to Friday) for all drugs and any food you may require (except for items ordered on a Friday or Saturday will be delivered on Monday).

We are now asking that when any requests for food are made, that the food is paid for at the time of ordering. This just helps us with stock control and over-ordering. We appreciate your cooperation and custom.
