Dental Checks

Sign up for a free dental check with one of our RVNs

It can be difficult to keep your pet's teeth clean, so dental problems are very common. In fact, research shows that around the age of two, 70% of cats and 80% of dogs have some sign of dental disease.

Common signs of dental disease are bad breath, sore mouth, difficulty eating, loose teeth or tooth loss, pawing or rubbing mouth, bleeding gums, yellow or brown tartar on teeth and dribbling.

Even if your pet is not showing any of the above signs, it is worth asking us for a dental check-up and advice on how to clean your pet's teeth to prevent problems in the future.

For a free dental check with one of our registered veterinary nurses, Lorna, Rosie and Becca, please call us for an appointment on 01733 893990.

We encourage you to bring your pet along for regular dental checks with one of the nurses, ideally every 3 months, so their mouth, gums and teeth can be monitored regularly.
